First of all, never ever pop the blackhead on your lip, even if the zit is a white pimple. You can just make it much worse and even more pain will occur.

If you have a pimple on lip situation that you are dealing with, there is something that you can try right away to get rid of it that is basically free to try for acne.

What I have tried on small zits on my lips is to clean them regularly using a q-tip and some rubbing alcohol. Try not to rub the alcohol all over your lips because it will dry out your lips and they will chap.

There is an excess of oil and other residue that are inside a pimple and by using this method, you will shrink your mouth acne zits and it can also help to prevent more of them from appearing.

I would advise against trying to pop a zit on the lip because it will just cause it to turn red in color and perhaps your lips will even become swollen. People can easily notice a lip zit as is, you don’t want to draw even more attention to your mouth area.

Another good measure is to add a dab of antibacterial ointment to the pimples on your lips so that there will less chance of an infection occurring. Plus, if your lips are swollen because of the zits, try to apply an ice cube to your lips to reduce the swelling.

Having a pimple on lip can be very stressful and disheartening. This type of zit can appear anywhere on the lips. The can be located on the inside of the lip, on the bottom lip, at the corner of the mouth, and sometimes more than one pimple can appear.

Theses pimples are also very painful because of the amount of nerves that are on the human lips. The color of mouth pimples can be white, all the way to black, such as a blackhead.

You should never try to pop such pimples, because it will cause the pus that is in the pimple to enter further into the skin which may cause a lip infection.

I have had pimples on the lip area that were raised and red and I bet that some people thought that I had some sort of herpes infection.
